We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the website and its features. Processing is generally based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), performance of a contract (b), or legitimate interests (f).

When you visit the website, technical data are processed (IP address, browser type, OS, referrer, timestamp) by our hosting provider Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. EU Standard Contractual Clauses are in place. Logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for diagnostics.

For optional sign-in we use Clerk Inc., 660 King St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you create an account, your email and any profile data you provide are processed. EU Standard Contractual Clauses are in place. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). See clerk.com/privacy.

When you are signed in and save searches or municipalities, this data (your Clerk user ID, filter parameters, saved municipalities) is stored in our database with Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North, Singapore. Data is hosted in an EU region. You can delete saved items yourself at any time or request full account deletion via email.

To display the map and search for addresses we use Mapbox, Mapbox Inc., 740 15th St NW, Washington, DC 20005, USA. When the map loads, your IP address and map interactions are transmitted to Mapbox. Legal basis: legitimate interest in functional map rendering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Privacy policy: mapbox.com/legal/privacy.

To calculate commute zones we send coordinates and time parameters to iGeolise Ltd. (TravelTime), 4 Pear Tree Court, London EC1R 0DS, UK. No directly identifying personal data are transmitted — only the coordinates you select. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymous usage statistics (page views, device class, country). No cookies are set and no IP addresses stored. You can withdraw consent any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

We use technically necessary cookies (e.g. for the Clerk login session) and — only with your consent — analytics cookies. You can change your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

You have the rights of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). To exercise them please contact groemer.luk@gmail.com.
